• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility & Age

Participating on Ubaje requires meeting certain eligibility criteria:

• Minimum Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to register. If an underage user signs up and is later identified, their account and balance will be permanently forfeited.
• You must place bets of your own free will, voluntarily, and in a sound state of mind.
• You must be a resident of an area where Ubaje provides its services.
• Self-excluded individuals are not permitted to register.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Deposits on Ubaje can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Successful deposits are credited to your balance instantly.
• Only deposit from your own mobile banking account. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may cause complications when processing refunds.

Withdrawal

The following rules apply when making a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Processing is usually completed within 15–30 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.

Bonuses & Promotions

Ubaje offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fully met.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• You cannot have two active bonuses at the same time. You may claim another bonus only after the current one has been completed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Ubaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the bonus may be voided and the account suspended or closed.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Ubaje:

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Ubaje reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds may change during live betting once a match has started.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

• If an event is cancelled, all stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• If a match does not resume within 72 hours of its scheduled time, all bets on that match will be voided.

Maximum Payout

• A maximum payout limit applies to single bets, which varies by bet type.
• Separate limits apply for parlays and multi-bet wagers.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Ubaje:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus advantages (bonus arbitrage).
• Any activity related to match-fixing or manipulating the outcome of events.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Placing bets using bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Spreading false information about Ubaje or making fraudulent complaints against the platform.

Privacy
